### Role & Company / Project Overview One Stop Talent Solutions is hiring a Lead Data Scientist for its enterprise healthcare client, UHG (UnitedHealth Group). This is a senior technical leadership role focused on driving advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, generative AI, and machine learning initiatives across complex business challenges. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to data science and analytics team members. • Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition and data extraction to model development, validation, and deployment. • Perform advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning model design on large-scale datasets. • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, business stakeholders, and engineering partners to deliver scalable data solutions. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in data science, advanced analytics, and machine learning. • Mandatory lead experience heading technical projects or data science professionals. • Strong hands-on technical proficiency with Python and SQL. • Deep practical expertise in Machine Learning, Statistical Analysis, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Generative AI (GenAI). • Prior experience delivering high-impact solutions within enterprise domains. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • 100% Remote – Work from anywhere in the USA. • Virtual interview process. • Employment Type: W2 Only (strictly No C2C). ### Compensation & Benefits • Competitive W2 corporate rate/salary based on senior experience level. ### Application Instructions • Share your resume with the Talent Acquisition team via email or direct phone contact.
