Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for a highly technical Senior Azure Consultant to support a large enterprise Finance application environment. This role is approximately 90% hands-on technical and 10% business analysis, working collaboratively across cloud, application, data, DevOps, and infrastructure teams. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide 90% hands-on technical execution across cloud infrastructure, integrations, data, and DevOps, paired with 10% business analysis and technical requirements gathering. • Architect, configure, deploy, and manage resources on Microsoft Azure. • Work with Azure Databricks, PostgreSQL databases, and containerized workloads using Kubernetes / AKS. • Build, configure, and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations. • Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, Git repositories, and Linux/Unix system administration. • Conduct deep application troubleshooting and root cause analysis. • Implement and maintain identity and security standards including SSO, OAuth, OIDC, and RBAC. • Collaborate with teams within an Agile / Scrum framework using Jira for backlog and sprint execution. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 7+ years of experience in Azure consulting, cloud engineering, systems engineering, application engineering, or related technical roles. • Key Skills: Microsoft Azure (Strong Hands-On Experience), Azure Databricks, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes / AKS, REST APIs, Microservices & Integrations, CI/CD, DevOps & Git, Application Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis, SSO, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC, and Linux / Unix. • Development Background in Any One: Java / Spring Boot, .NET / C# / ASP.NET, Python, or React / Angular / JavaScript. • Additional Experience: Agile / Scrum / Jira, technical requirements gathering & solution design. • Finance / FP&A application experience is a plus. • Work Authorization: H1B, GC, or USC. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Remote. • Working Hours: Pacific Standard Time (PST Hours).
