### Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Oracle CX Cloud Consultant to lead enterprise CRM implementations, drive Oracle Redwood UI migrations, and architect seamless integrations across Oracle CX and marketing automation platforms. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion CX/CRM implementations • Drive migration from Classic UI to Oracle Redwood UI • Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and SOAP web services • Develop customizations using Groovy scripting, Application Composer, Page Composer, and Visual Builder Studio • Lead Agile project workstreams, release management, and data governance • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives • Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 7+ years of Oracle CX/CRM consulting experience • Experience with Oracle Fusion Sales, Fusion Service, Oracle Eloqua, or related Oracle CX applications • Proven experience delivering at least 2–3 full-lifecycle enterprise implementations • Strong expertise in Redwood UI migration, Groovy scripting, and Oracle application customization • Hands-on experience with OIC, REST APIs, SOAP services, and third-party integrations • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, and release management • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field ### Preferred Qualifications • Oracle Cloud CX Certified Implementation Specialist certification • Strong enterprise architecture and stakeholder management experience • Experience with CRM modernization and marketing automation ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Work Type: Remote ### Application Instructions • Please share your updated resume for consideration
