Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a senior, hands-on Application Developer III – AI/LLM (Position ID: 108462-1) to assist in building a strategic AI-powered loans platform. This role centers heavily on building autonomous AI Agents and LLM-powered solutions engineered to parse and process complex credit agreements, extract critical financial terms, and convert them seamlessly into executable business workflows. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Build and orchestrate intelligent AI Agents capable of deeply comprehending complex credit agreements and contracts. • Extract intricate financial terms and systematically convert them into structured, executable workflows. • Develop, fine-tune, and orchestrate production-grade LLM pipelines with rigorous accuracy and consistency. • Directly integrate existing and custom LLMs into enterprise-level software applications. • Construct, refine, and maintain prompt engineering strategies, AI orchestration systems, governance frameworks, and handling patterns for non-deterministic LLM responses. • Build and maintain backend microservices using Java and Python, alongside frontend interfaces built with React. • Design, develop, and integrate resilient REST APIs and event-driven architectures utilizing Apache Kafka. • Interface with Snowflake and distributed data platform layers for efficient data retrieval and processing. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 10–15+ years of software engineering experience preferred. • Deep, proven hands-on expertise in AI, LLMs, and AI Agent development. • Practical experience directly deploying and integrating LLMs within enterprise production applications. • Strong development skills in both Python and Java. • Full-stack experience involving React-based frontend development. • Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) is highly preferred. • Proven track record processing complex unstructured documents and extracting structured data. • Strong background in REST API development and Kafka / event-driven architectures. • Experience with Snowflake or comparable modern distributed data systems. • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes is preferred. • Preferred domain experience: Financial services, banking, capital markets, lending, credit agreements, loan servicing, structured credit products, or blockchain/smart contracts/on-chain transaction systems. • Prior experience with greenfield platform development and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. • Work Authorization requirement: H4 / GC-EAD / USC. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: 100% Remote. • Contract Duration: 12-month base contract. • Interview Process: 2 Interview Rounds + Offer.
