• Role & Company / Project Overview Natobotics is hiring an experienced Enterprise Architect with strong ServiceNow expertise to lead ServiceNow transformation initiatives for global enterprise clients. The role involves working on high-impact transformation projects within an innovative, growth-oriented culture. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Serve as the ServiceNow Platform Architect, defining and driving enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture and transformation initiatives. - Lead and execute implementation architecture across ITOM, HR, and AI adoption. - Provide top-tier advisory and consulting guidance on platform capabilities, scalability, and technical governance. - Act as the gravitas in CXO-level stakeholder management, collaborating closely with CXOs, FDEs, global teams, and senior technical leaders. - Ensure alignment with regulatory compliances, architectural standards, and enterprise best practices. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 12+ years of extensive experience in ServiceNow and enterprise architecture. - Deep implementation experience across ITOM, HR service delivery, and AI adoption. - Sound understanding of enterprise regulatory compliances. - Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred. - Exceptional communication, advisory, and consulting skills with demonstrated CXO stakeholder leadership. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Remote – United Kingdom. - Contract Duration: 6 months. - Work Mode: 100% Remote. • Compensation & Benefits - Opportunity to lead impactful global enterprise transformation initiatives with cutting-edge AI and ServiceNow capabilities. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their updated CV directly to the talent acquisition contact.
