Role & Company / Project Overview: Walking Tree is hiring a Finance Solution Lead – Oracle Fusion to lead Finance transformation initiatives. The role involves leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations and taking complete ownership from Blueprint through Go-Live to Hypercare. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead finance transformation and end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation cycles. • Take complete ownership across project phases: Blueprint, Go-Live, and Hypercare. • Manage and execute configuration, design, and documentation including BR100, FBDI, and Data Migration. • Drive testing phases including CRP (Conference Room Pilot), SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and Cutover management. • Oversee cross-functional integrations covering PPM, Procurement, and HCM/Payroll. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of relevant experience. • Proven track record of delivering 3 to 4 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementations. • Strong functional leadership capabilities. • Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Tax. • Practical proficiency in BR100 setup documentation, FBDI templates, and data migration strategies. • Hands-on involvement in CRP, SIT, UAT, and cutover activities. • Solid knowledge of integrations with PPM, Procurement, and HCM/Payroll modules.
