Role & Company / Project Overview: NINKASI – Modern Tapas Bar & Kitchen is looking for a dynamic and experienced F&B Captain to lead dining service operations in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate brings leadership, professionalism, and a true commitment to high-end hospitality. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Supervise daily restaurant and tapas bar service operations to ensure seamless guest service. • Guide, coordinate, and supervise F&B service associates across designated service stations. • Welcome guests warmly, handle table allocations, recommend food and beverage pairings, and address guest inquiries. • Ensure prompt service, handle guest feedback constructively, and maintain guest satisfaction. • Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth food and beverage flow. • Ensure service stations, dining spaces, and tableware adhere to high hygiene and aesthetic standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Prior experience as an F&B Captain, Senior Steward, or supervisory service role in reputable restaurants, lounges, or hotels. • Strong team coordination, leadership, and operational supervision capabilities. • Exceptional communication, customer care, and hospitality service skills. • Immediate joiners preferred.
