Role & Company / Project Overview: NINKASI – Modern Tapas Bar & Kitchen is expanding its team and seeking enthusiastic and courteous F&B Associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide attentive, warm, and professional food and beverage service to dining guests. • Present food and drink menus, answer questions about tapas and beverage selections, and accurately record guest orders. • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining fine dining and tapas bar standards. • Set up, clear, and reset tables and service stations following hygiene and sanitation protocols. • Work collaboratively with team members, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Prior experience in F&B service, dining hospitality, or relevant hospitality training. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest-handling skills. • Energetic attitude, teamwork spirit, and a genuine passion for hospitality. • Immediate joiners preferred.
