• Role & Company / Project Overview: Mementos by ITC Hotels - Ekaaya Udaipur is hiring an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to assist in leading F&B department operations, guest dining venues, and banqueting services. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, in-room dining, and banquet functions. - Ensure top-tier food safety, service efficiency, hygiene compliance, and exceptional guest dining experiences. - Manage staff scheduling, operational training, team performance, and service execution. - Supervise budgeting, inventory audits, food cost control, and beverage stock management. - Handle guest escalations and ensure prompt resolution in line with luxury brand standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Administration. - Substantial leadership experience in F&B management within star-category hotels or resorts. - Strong operational, administrative, analytical, and interpersonal capabilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Mementos By ITC Hotels - Ekaaya Udaipur, Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. - Work setup: Full-time on-site resort operational schedule. • Compensation & Benefits: - In line with luxury hotel standards. • Application Instructions: - Submit your resume to the email address indicated.
