Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring for a Chatbot Content Developer focused on Documentation Modernization & AI Enablement. This is a full-time, permanent role located in Toronto, ON, Canada. Candidates must be currently located in Canada to be eligible. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Review, analyze, and improve technical documentation used as chatbot knowledge sources • Convert Confluence content into Markdown and documentation-as-code formats • Use GitHub Copilot and AI tools to improve documentation quality and structure • Develop and enhance automation scripts for content conversion and migration • Maintain documentation in Git/Bitbucket repositories • Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to improve chatbot knowledge sources • Resolve documentation issues related to formatting, links, images, and metadata • Create standards, templates, and best practices for documentation management Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience in content development, documentation modernization, and technical writing for AI/chatbot knowledge bases • Experience with Confluence, Markdown, and documentation-as-code practices • Hands-on familiarity with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted tools • Scripting skills for content conversion and migration automation • Proficiency in version control systems including Git and Bitbucket repositories • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work alongside engineering and DevOps teams • Attention to detail in resolving formatting, metadata, and link discrepancies • Eligibility requirement: Must be currently residing in Canada Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent role Compensation & Benefits • Not specified Application Instructions • Please apply by sending your updated resume directly to the recruiter.
