Role & Company / Project Overview: BIMLABS GLOBAL is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team at Technopark Phase 1, Trivandrum. The role is suitable for candidates passionate about people, HR operations, employee engagement, and building effective workplace practices. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures • Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns • Manage performance management and appraisal processes • Coordinate training and development initiatives • Maintain employee records and HR documentation • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements • Monitor attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and other HR activities • Drive employee engagement and organizational development initiatives • Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management • Collaborate with department heads to address workforce requirements and HR needs Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field • MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience • Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and employment practices • Good understanding of recruitment and employee lifecycle management • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS tools • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Technopark Phase 1, Trivandrum • Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation & Benefits: • Professional and collaborative work environment • Career growth and development opportunities • Exposure to diverse HR functions and organizational initiatives • Competitive compensation based on experience and skills Application Instructions: Interested candidates can share their updated CV via email.
