Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in Mohali. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, and the overall employee lifecycle. • Oversee employee relations, resolve employee grievances, and coordinate employee engagement activities. • Support performance management processes and HR policy implementation. • Ensure full statutory HR compliance and maintain up-to-date employee records. • Manage HR data, generate reports, and oversee MIS using Keka HRMS. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 6+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources. • Mandatory hands-on experience utilizing Keka HRMS. • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Phase-8A, Mohali, Punjab, India. • Employment Type: Full-time.
