• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in platform architecture, enterprise integrations, and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) implementations for a Remote Opportunity. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions. - Define platform architecture standards, governance policies, and best practices. - Lead technical design discussions and review development deliverables. - Design integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MID Servers. - Lead ServiceNow HAM and SAM implementations. - Optimize platform performance, security, and upgrade strategies. - Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge transfer. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture and solution design. - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM and SAM implementations. - Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MID Servers. - Knowledge of platform security, performance tuning, and upgrade strategies. - Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills. - 10+ years of experience preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Mode: 100% Remote Opportunity • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Interested candidates possessing relevant experience are invited to share their updated CV to the listed contact email.
