Job description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale IT Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years specializing in ServiceNow. Key responsibilities include driving CMDB implementation, CSDM adoption, platform governance, and designing enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. This senior hands-on role operates under a hybrid work model across India.
