The selected candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, mitigating operational bottlenecks, and aligning diverse stakeholders, including municipal and town planning bodies (TMC), to ensure smooth project execution. Candidates must possess 15–18 years of experience in real estate project management along with expertise in project planning, milestone tracking, and operational management. An MBA qualification is required for this role.
