### Role & Company / Project Overview Enforce HR is hiring an Education Counsellor for its clients in the EdTech and IT Training industries, based at the Thane (Naupada) branch. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Guide prospective students regarding available training programs and career opportunities. - Handle student enquiries, counselling sessions, and routine follow-ups. - Convert prospective student leads into formal course admissions. - Manage ongoing student relationships and ensure a high-quality learning experience. - Consistently achieve admission targets and coordinate effectively with internal teams. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 1–3 Years in education counselling, student advisory, or course admissions. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and student-handling skills. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. - Weekly Off: Rotational Week Off. - Work Location: Thane (Naupada), Maharashtra, India. ### Compensation & Benefits - Salary: ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month. ### Application Instructions Submit your updated CV via email specifying the position applied for in the subject line.
