• Role & Company / Project Overview Aroha Taveuni Resort & Kai Time Restaurant is seeking a hands-on Resort Operations Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our small boutique resort and large, busy restaurant in Taveuni, Fiji. This leadership role involves guiding and supporting our island team of 15 while delivering exceptional guest experiences. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Run the day-to-day operations of the small boutique resort and busy restaurant. - Lead, manage, and support a dedicated team of 15 staff members. - Oversee all aspects of daily resort and restaurant operations. - Deliver exceptional, high-quality guest experiences consistently. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Previous hospitality management experience is essential. - Proven ability as a hands-on leader capable of managing daily resort and restaurant environments. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Taveuni, Northern Division, Fiji (Onsite). • Compensation & Benefits - Accommodation and meals provided. • Application Instructions - To apply, please email your resume directly to the provided contact email address.
