• Role & Company / Project Overview Flow Corporation owns a digital asset management platform, Team-Crypto, which allows clients to invest capital in the largest capitalisations on the crypto-asset market in a 100% automated way. As we expand into the European market, we have established F-Corp EU OÜ, our European entity in Tallinn, Estonia, which is preparing its regulatory authorisation in the EU. We are seeking a Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to lead our compliance and AML functions in Europe — an autonomous and rigorous professional who will play a central role in building a robust governance structure and engaging directly with regulators. The MLRO reports directly to the Management Board of F-Corp EU OÜ, with direct and independent access to it on all AML/CFT matters, ensuring operational independence in line with regulatory expectations. Job Reference: FC-EE01-MLRO. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Act as the designated MLRO for F-Corp EU OÜ, ensuring full compliance with Estonian and EU AML/CFT rules and EU regulatory requirements for crypto-assets. - Oversee and maintain the company's AML/CFT framework, including risk assessment, policies, procedures, and ongoing monitoring of transactions and clients on the Team-Crypto platform. - Review, analyse, and interpret AML/CFT software data generated and integrated monitoring tools — identifying patterns, anomalies, and risk indicators to detect suspicious activity. - Liaise directly with the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority (FSA), and other competent authorities. - Support the authorisation process, providing required documentation, due diligence reports, and compliance structure details. - Supervise customer onboarding (KYC, KYB, source of funds verification) and ensure that internal tools and third-party providers meet regulatory standards. - Conduct training and awareness programs for staff on AML/CFT obligations and regulatory updates. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven expertise and background in AML/CFT compliance, risk assessment, and financial regulations within crypto-assets, fintech, or financial services. - Deep understanding of Estonian and EU AML/CFT regulations and regulatory reporting. - Proven track record in handling regulatory relations, reporting to Management Boards, and interfacing with authorities like FIU and FSA. - Experience overseeing KYC/KYB procedures, customer due diligence, transaction monitoring systems, and third-party compliance vendors. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full time - Work Mode: Hybrid role with office in Tallinn, Estonia • Compensation & Benefits - Standard compensation according to European fintech industry standards. • Application Instructions - Send applications by email with the job reference (Ref: FC-EE01-MLRO) in the subject line.
