• Role & Company / Project Overview Flow Corporation operates Team-Crypto, an automated digital asset management platform investing in crypto-asset markets. As part of its European expansion, its subsidiary F-Corp EU OÜ in Tallinn, Estonia, is establishing its governance and regulatory infrastructure. We are hiring a part-time Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to direct, build, and oversee information security, cyber risk management, and technological resilience across our EU operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Define, implement, and maintain comprehensive information security, data protection, and cybersecurity governance frameworks for the EU entity. - Ensure complete alignment and compliance with EU regulatory standards, cybersecurity mandates, and digital asset security protocols. - Oversee security risk assessments, vulnerability management, incident response plans, and infrastructure resilience for the automated platform. - Partner with the executive leadership, engineering teams, and regulatory compliance units to safeguard company and client digital assets. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Senior executive experience in information security leadership (CISO, Head of Security, or equivalent) within digital assets, fintech, financial institutions, or technology. - Deep understanding of EU regulatory frameworks, data protection (GDPR), and cybersecurity standards. - Strong expertise in cloud security architecture, cryptographic safeguards, and incident response management. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Part time - Work Mode: Hybrid role with office in Tallinn, Estonia • Compensation & Benefits - Professional remuneration structured for a senior part-time leadership position. • Application Instructions - Send applications by email with the job reference in the subject line.
