• Role & Company / Project Overview: Xurpas Enterprise is hiring an experienced SAP FI / JVA Support Consultant. The role involves maintaining reliable financial systems through effective troubleshooting, incident resolution, and continuous improvement. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Provide production support for SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) incidents. - Troubleshoot system issues and conduct detailed root cause analysis. - Monitor interfaces, batch jobs, workflows, and core financial processes. - Implement approved configuration changes and validate system fixes. - Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities. - Collaborate closely with SAP Basis, ABAP, Integration, and Security teams. - Maintain functional documentation and proactively identify process improvements. - Manage incidents based on business impact and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - More than 5 years of relevant SAP functional support experience. - Hands-on experience supporting SAP FI and Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) in a live production environment. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to participate in on-call support and support critical financial closing periods. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Setup: Hybrid. - Location: Taguig City, Philippines. - On-call support and support during critical financial closing periods as required. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should submit their updated CV/resume for consideration.
