• Role & Company / Project Overview: A shared services company is hiring a Marketing Standards & Processes Manager based in BGC, Taguig, Manila. This is not a traditional campaign marketing role; it seeks an Operational Excellence / BPM Specialist / Process Architect who can partner with global teams to design clear process frameworks, map workflows (BPMN), and establish best-in-class quality standards across the global marketing ecosystem. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Partner with global teams to design clear process frameworks and establish best-in-class quality standards across the global marketing ecosystem. - End-to-end process mapping and documentation. - Set up governance models, RACI frameworks, decision rights, and playbooks. - Lead quality assurance, quality audits, KPIs, and continuous improvement. - Implement modern workflow integration (including AI-enabled marketing processes). - Collaborate with global SMEs and cross-functional partners. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in BPMN, process mapping, and quality audits. - Experience setting up RACIs, governance controls, and playbooks. - Capability to collaborate with global SMEs and cross-functional partners. - Shared Services / GCC background preferred. - Marketing domain experience is a plus, but process architecture is the priority. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: BGC, Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. - Work Setup: Hybrid. - Shift: Mid Shift. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Submit updated resume/CV for consideration.
