Role & Company / Project Overview: Rangs Electronics Limited is looking for a competent and experienced professional to join the team in the Finished Goods Inventory & Distribution function as Executive / Senior Executive – SCM & Distribution. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage finished goods inventory and maintain optimum stock levels. • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, loading, and handling. • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counting and ERP reconciliation. • Plan and execute dispatch schedules based on sales orders and distribution requirements. • Coordinate with Production, Sales, SCM, Logistics, and Quality teams. • Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery to dealers and customers. • Monitor model-wise stock, stock aging, damaged goods, and slow-moving inventory. • Maintain accurate inventory records, delivery challans, and dispatch documentation. • Prepare regular reports and monitor KPIs related to inventory, warehouse utilization, and distribution efficiency. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: BBA / Bachelor’s / Honors degree in any discipline. B.Sc. in Engineering (IPE/Mechanical) will also be considered. • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in SCM, Distribution, Finished Goods Inventory, or Warehouse Management. • Strong knowledge of SCM, distribution, and inventory management. • Good analytical, reporting, and coordination skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP-based inventory systems. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Sylhet Hi-Tech Park, Sylhet, Bangladesh. • Work Mode: Onsite warehouse and distribution management.
