### Role & Company / Project Overview Looking for proactive candidates for the role of Senior Executive / Executive within the SCM (Import & Commercial Operations) team at an export-oriented footwear and bags manufacturing setup in Hotapara, Gazipur. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Handle day-to-day import operations, sourcing support, and procurement follow-ups for accessories, machinery, and raw materials. • Coordinate with C&F agents, freight forwarders, banks, and suppliers to facilitate timely shipment dispatch and customs clearance. • Draft, verify, and maintain LCs, shipping invoices, packing lists, and essential commercial documents. • Assist with customs documentation, HS code checks, and bonded warehouse compliance duties. • Track purchase orders, delivery progress, shipment schedules, and stock availability. • Work in close coordination with merchandising, production, warehouse, and finance personnel. • Maintain systematic records and generate routine commercial and SCM status reports. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Relevant executive-level operational experience in import, commercial, and SCM functions. • Background in a 100% export-oriented footwear, bags, or manufacturing setup. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; SCM certifications are a plus. • Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sound communication skills. • Practical grasp of import documentation, LC procedures, customs protocols, HS codes, and bonded warehouse recordkeeping and reconciliation. • Capability to deliver accurate work within tight timelines. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Hotapara, Gazipur, Bangladesh • Onsite position. ### Application Instructions • Submit your updated resume via WhatsApp to the designated contact, clearly specifying the applied role.
