Role & Company / Project Overview: Pacific Global Network is expanding its team and hiring passionate individuals to join as Student Counselors in Sylhet. This opportunity is aimed at professionals or freshers who enjoy helping others, possess solid communication skills, and wish to build a long-term career in international education consultancy. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Counsel prospective students regarding study abroad destinations and options including Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, and Finland. • Guide students through university program selection, admissions criteria, and university application steps. • Assist students with document collection, verification, and preparation for student visa applications. • Follow up regularly with prospective student leads via telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, and in-person consultations. • Maintain and systematically update student lead records, follow-up statuses, and application case progress in the CRM. • Keep student files and documentation meticulously organized and up to date. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Preferred educational backgrounds include CSE, BBA, and EEE (current university students are given priority). • Freshers are welcome to apply. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English. • Friendly, patient, empathetic, and helpful attitude toward assisting students. • Basic computer operating proficiency including MS Office, email correspondence, and Google Workspace tools. • Eagerness and willingness to learn and develop professionally in a fast-paced work environment. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Job Type: Full-time. • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. • Work Location: Onsite at Manru Shopping City, 4th Floor (Lift-3), Chowhatta, Sylhet-3100, Bangladesh.
