• Role & Company / Project Overview: Ariston Partners is hiring an experienced Akamai Engineer for a contract opportunity in Sydney, Australia. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates from India. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Implement, manage, and tune application and API security policies. - Configure and tune Web Application Firewall (WAF) policies. - Manage bot mitigation and account protection controls. - Collaborate on network security and security engineering architecture. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 8+ years of experience in Network Security, Cyber Security, or Security Engineering. - Strong hands-on expertise in Akamai WAF, Akamai Bot Manager Premier (BMP), and Akamai Account Protector. - Solid experience in Application and API security. - Hands-on expertise in WAF policy configuration and tuning. - Advantageous Skills: Experience with Akamai Guardicore, microsegmentation, Check Point Firewalls, and cloud-native security. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. - Visa Sponsorship Available (INDIA). - Opportunity Type: Contract basis. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates, please share your resume to the designated contact email.
