### Role & Company / Project Overview Immediate recruitment for a smart, professional, and customer-focused Male Front Desk Officer to join the Hotel team. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Welcome guests and provide front-desk, concierge, and guest relations services • Manage bookings, reservations, and walk-in guests effectively • Maintain high service standards within the hotel front office environment ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields • At least 4 years of experience in concierge, front desk, guest relations, reservations, or hospitality roles • Background and experience in restaurants, lounges, hotels, or premium hospitality environments • Professional certification in Hospitality, Customer Service, or Front Office Management is an added advantage • Well-groomed and professional appearance • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer care capabilities ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria ### Compensation & Benefits • Salary: ₦300,000 monthly ### Application Instructions Interested candidates should send their CV and photographs by email using the Job Title as the subject of the email.
