• Role & Company / Project Overview Central Pattana is seeking a Manager, People Business Partnership (HRBP) overseeing Central Surat and Central Samui. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor, partnering with executives and team leaders to translate business needs into impactful people strategies. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Strategic Advisory: Partner with executives and functional leaders to align human resources strategies with core business goals. - Talent & Performance Management: Lead talent acquisition, evaluation, performance tracking, and career growth frameworks. - Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster an engaging work culture and strengthen organizational employee connection. - Compensation & Benefits: Oversee and manage compensation structures, benefits, and employee welfare administration. - Workforce Planning: Formulate and implement strategic workforce manpower planning. - Training & Development: Identify training needs and drive employee learning and development initiatives. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. - At least 5 years of continuous HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) experience. - Prior working experience in the real estate sector is considered an advantage. - Demonstrated leadership, business acumen, and ability to shape a supportive environment where teams thrive. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Central Surat & Central Samui, Surat Thani Province, Thailand • Application Instructions Qualified candidates are invited to apply or reach out directly by submitting their details and resume via email.
