Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are recruiting for a Compensation & Benefits Senior Officer on behalf of a well-established, world-leading automotive manufacturer located in Rayong, Thailand. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Support compensation and benefits processes and structures. - Support payroll system configuration and salary grading structure development. - Assist in improving the Performance Management System (PMS). - Work closely with HR management on compensation strategies and other HR initiatives. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - At least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HRM. - Demonstrated knowledge of salary grading structures, payroll system configurations, and performance management systems. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Rayong, Thailand (Automotive manufacturing plant). - Standard full-time schedule. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: THB 30,000–35,000+ per month. - Additional annual bonus included. • Application Instructions: - Interested applicants should submit an updated CV directly to the hiring consultant.
