• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Senior Product Owner with strong Commercial Insurance / Property & Casualty (P&C) domain expertise. In this role, you will own and drive the evolution of an existing enterprise technology platform supporting a Logistics business unit. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Own and manage enterprise applications and technology products supporting logistics operations - Define, own, and execute product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and author detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria - Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and delivery processes in collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams - Facilitate digital transformation and application modernization initiatives - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and maintain clear, proactive stakeholder management • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles - Strong Commercial Insurance / Property & Casualty (P&C) domain experience - Strong understanding of commercial insurance processes including Property, General Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers' Compensation, Cargo / Inland Marine, and Umbrella / Excess Liability - Experience with policy administration, claims, underwriting, rating, or brokerage platforms - Strong Agile/Scrum background - Technically sound understanding of APIs, system integrations, SQL, databases, data flows, and modern application architecture - Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills - Preferred: Insurance Brokerage experience - Preferred: Domain experience in Logistics, Transportation, Fleet, Freight, or Supply Chain - Preferred: Hands-on experience with application modernization / digital transformation - Preferred: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar product lifecycle tools • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Summit, New Jersey, United States - Work Mode: Hybrid • Application Instructions: Qualified candidates with strong Commercial P&C Insurance and Product Ownership expertise can send an updated resume or reach out directly via direct message.
