Role & Company / Project Overview: Seeking an experienced Product Owner (8–12+ yrs) to shape and deliver high‑impact digital solutions in Pittsburgh, bridging business strategy and agile engineering. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. • Own, manage, and prioritize the backlog to maximize business value. • Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. • Partner closely with business, design, and engineering teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Lead release planning, feature prioritization, and incremental delivery. • Monitor product performance, drive continuous improvement, and surface insights from data, market, and competitive analysis. • Ensure alignment between business objectives, customer expectations, technical constraints, and product delivery. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8–12+ years of product ownership experience. • Profound knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Expertise in backlog management, user story creation, and acceptance criteria. • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑functional teams and drive product delivery. • Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. • Excellent analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). • CSPO or equivalent product ownership certification (preferred). • Experience in enterprise‑scale digital transformation initiatives (preferred). • Eligibility Requirement: Must be based in the United States and fully authorized to work in the US.
