Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Afri Guard is seeking qualified and experienced Grade A Supervisors to join their security team in the Standerton area. There are 3 open positions available. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee and supervise security guarding operations and personnel on site • Ensure full compliance with security protocols, operational procedures, and guarding standards • Monitor safety and security across assigned posts, including railway network monitoring • Execute supervisory duties, reporting, and team management Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Must be registered with PSIRA as Grade A • Minimum educational qualification: Matric • At least 2 years of proven guarding experience • Must hold a valid driver's licence • Valid firearm competency is mandatory • Required knowledge of the railway network Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Standerton area, Mpumalanga, South Africa • Working schedule: Standard operational shifts as per company requirements Application Instructions: • Submit curriculum vitae prior to the closing date of Monday, 12 October 2026 via designated contact channels.
