### Role & Company / Project Overview Vertex Elites is hiring an experienced Senior PI Analyst for a contract opportunity supporting Tekgence / APEX / ExxonMobil. The role requires strong expertise in the AVEVA/OSIsoft PI System to support and optimize real-time industrial data solutions for upstream oil and gas operations. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage and support PI Data Archive, Asset Framework (AF), PI Vision, and PI Analytics. - Configure PI tags, asset hierarchies, event frames, calculations, and operational dashboards. - Troubleshoot PI System, data collection, connectivity, and performance issues. - Integrate PI systems with PLC, DCS, SCADA, MES, and other enterprise platforms. - Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to deliver data-driven solutions for upstream facilities. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 8+ years of hands-on AVEVA/OSIsoft PI System experience. - In-depth knowledge of PI Data Archive, AF, PI Vision, PI Analytics, and Event Frames. - Solid experience with PI Web API, PI Integrator, interfaces, and connectors. - Proven knowledge of industrial protocols such as OPC, OPC UA, and Modbus. - Domain experience in Oil & Gas, preferably in upstream operations. - Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Preferred Skills: • PI System Explorer, PI Builder • SQL, Power BI • Python, PowerShell • Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) • Industrial cybersecurity awareness ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Spring, Texas, United States. - Work Arrangement: Onsite. - Job Type: Contract. ### Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their updated resume and contact details via email.
