Role & Company / Project Overview: A leading global consultancy is hiring QS / Cost Managers to manage the commercial delivery of critical infrastructure data centre projects powering Europe's digital economy. Data centres represent a rapidly growing sector in European construction, and successful candidates will lead the commercials on multi-million-euro mission-critical builds. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead comprehensive cost planning, estimating, and strict budget control on multi-million-euro builds. • Manage and execute procurement processes, tenders, and contract negotiations. • Provide expert value engineering and lifecycle cost advice throughout project execution. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven track record in quantity surveying (QS) or cost management on large-scale construction projects, ideally within data centre developments. • Technical CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) and/or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) cost expertise. • Strong proficiency in cost management software and tools, such as CostX, Candy, and advanced Excel. • Fluency or working proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus. • Must hold an EU or UK passport and possess full eligibility to live and work in the European Union.
