Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: PT. Negeri Emas Perkasa is looking for an experienced AI Conversation UX Designer to join our team and help create smarter, more natural AI conversations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Design user experiences and dialogue flows for conversational AI, chatbots, virtual assistants, and LLM-based solutions. - Conduct chat log analysis, user behavior analysis, and monitor chatbot performance metrics such as CSAT and Containment Rate. - Write clear, intuitive dialogue and user interaction flows. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Leverage prompt engineering and NLP principles to optimize conversational interactions. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Design, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. - Experience: 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with at least 2 years in Conversational AI, Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, or LLM-based solutions. - Design Tools: Proficient in Figma, Botmock, Voiceflow, or equivalent design tools. - Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering. - Analytics: Experienced in chat log analysis, user behavior analysis, and chatbot performance metrics (CSAT, Containment Rate). - Skills: Excellent communication and dialogue-writing skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Methodology: Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Arrangement: WFO/Hybrid. - Location: South Jakarta, Indonesia. • Compensation & Benefits: - Standard company compensation package. • Application Instructions: - Send updated CV via email with the subject line format 'Name_Position'.
