Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking hands-on PCB Engineers to diagnose faults, repair boards at the component level, and prevent recurring failures in solar energy storage systems. The overall performance and operational efficiency of solar energy storage setups rely directly on electronics reliability. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Work directly on power electronics, inverters, and battery management systems (BMS) - Execute PCB diagnostics, component rework, precision soldering, and comprehensive root-cause analysis - Troubleshoot and repair equipment at component level to restore boards to full operation - Formulate practical interventions to resolve recurrent electronic faults • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of relevant PCB or electronics repair experience - Demonstrated track record in component-level troubleshooting and board repair - A hands-on, practical, solutions-driven approach to engineering challenges - Must have demonstrable hands-on competence; candidates will undergo a practical repair assessment • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Sokoto, Sokoto State, Nigeria (Onsite) • Compensation & Benefits: - Compensation: ₦300,000 net per month • Application Instructions: - Qualified candidates should send their CV and a brief video demonstrating prior PCB or solar repair work via DM or WhatsApp.
