• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring hands-on PCB Engineers to diagnose faults, repair boards at the component level, and prevent recurring failures in solar energy storage systems. The reliability and performance of solar energy storage solutions depend heavily on the integrity of their electronics. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Work extensively on inverters, battery management systems (BMS), and power electronics - Perform PCB diagnostics, precision soldering, component rework, and in-depth root-cause analysis - Diagnose hardware faults and perform repairs at the component level to fix issues rather than replacing complete assemblies - Implement preventative measures to avoid recurring electronics failures • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of relevant PCB or electronics repair experience - Proven component-level troubleshooting and repair capabilities - A practical, solutions-driven approach to engineering - Candidates must possess practical, hands-on repair capabilities as they will undergo a practical repair assessment • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Kano, Kano State, Nigeria (Onsite) • Compensation & Benefits: - Net monthly salary: ₦300,000 per month • Application Instructions: - Submit your CV along with a short video demonstrating previous PCB or solar repair work via direct message or WhatsApp.
