Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant based in Singapore. This role involves working across core and talent modules, supporting implementations, system configurations, and ongoing operational support for Singapore-based operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - End-to-end implementation, configuration, data migration, UAT, go-live, and production support. - Configure and support Role-Based Permissions (RBP), security, Business Rules, MDF, workflows, and email notifications. - Handle mass data updates, document generation, and integration troubleshooting. - Manage tenant provisioning, tenant refresh, and IAS/IPS troubleshooting. - Provide hands-on support for Employee Central, SmartRecruiters, Onboarding/Offboarding, Performance, and other Talent modules. - Manage stakeholders, maintain system documentation, and ensure adherence to SDLC processes. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Mandatory certifications in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SmartRecruiters, Onboarding/Offboarding, Talent modules, and Talent Intelligence Hub. - Proven expertise in end-to-end implementation, configuration, data migration, UAT, go-live, and production support. - In-depth knowledge of RBP, security frameworks, Business Rules, MDF structures, workflows, and automated email notifications. - Practical experience with mass data update operations, document generation features, and integration issue troubleshooting. - Solid understanding of tenant provisioning, tenant refresh cycles, and IAS/IPS troubleshooting. - Direct experience supporting Employee Central, SmartRecruiters, Onboarding/Offboarding, Performance, and other Talent modules. - Strong stakeholder management capabilities, technical/functional documentation skills, and complete SDLC lifecycle knowledge. - Eligibility: Singapore-based candidates only. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Singapore (on-site / Singapore-based). • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Interested Singapore-based candidates, please submit an updated CV to the designated recruitment email.
