Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join a leading client based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role seeks a skilled professional with strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, integration, and application support across multiple human resources modules. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Execute end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules. • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. • Manage integration and application support across various core HR modules. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field. • 5+ years of relevant hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience. • Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications. • Strong expertise across key modules: Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Recruiting Management (RCM), Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Learning Management System (LMS), Succession & Career Development Planning (CDP), as well as Compensation, Onboarding, RMK, and WorkZone. • Excellent command of both Arabic and English is mandatory. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. • Work setup: Onsite / Client location.
