Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an Officer – Electrical & Electronics for Morgan Placement and Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., positioned in the Engineering / Maintenance department within the Flexible Packaging industry. We are looking for a skilled Electrical & Electronics professional with hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, automation, and troubleshooting of flexible packaging machinery. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utilities. • Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, servo drives, motors, sensors, and control panels. • Maintain printing, lamination, extrusion, pouching, slitting, and packaging machines. • Ensure machine uptime, electrical safety, and energy efficiency. • Maintain PM schedules, maintenance records, and spare parts inventory. • Support machine installation, commissioning, and improvement projects. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or Electronics Engineering. • Experience: Required 4 years to 6 years of relevant experience in the flexible packaging industry. • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of automation systems, electrical panels, and control circuits. • Systems: Familiarity with ERP and maintenance planning. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Dapada, Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, India. • On-site plant role within flexible packaging manufacturing.
