Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Mahr Textiles (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced, disciplined, and dedicated Manager Security to lead and manage security operations at our manufacturing and industrial facility in Sialkot. This role ensures the protection of company assets, premises, and personnel. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Oversee overall security operations of the industrial facility. - Supervise security staff, security personnel, guards, and shift operations. - Ensure effective access control, gate management, and visitor monitoring. - Implement and enforce company security policies and procedures. - Monitor CCTV surveillance and security systems. - Conduct security risk assessments and manage emergency situations. - Coordinate with local law enforcement and relevant authorities when required. - Ensure the safety and security of employees, company assets, and premises. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Mandatory Qualification: Retired Major from Pakistan Army. - Mandatory Experience: Relevant security management experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment. - Strong leadership, administrative, and communication skills. - Excellent knowledge of industrial security operations and risk management. - Sialkot-based candidates will be preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Mahr Textiles (Pvt.)
