• Role & Company / Project Overview Atrium Quality Contractors is seeking a skilled Senior BIM Mechanical Engineer to contribute to premier contracting developments based in Sheikh Zayed. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop, update, and manage mechanical 3D BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting services. - Perform clash detection and resolve multidisciplinary clashes with architectural and structural models. - Extract accurate shop drawings, schedules, and technical documentation from BIM models. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum of 5+ years of specialized experience in mechanical BIM engineering. - Proficient in relevant BIM and CAD design applications. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Sheikh Zayed City (Zayed), Giza Governorate, Egypt. - Onsite technical engineering work. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience. • Application Instructions - Send your updated CV directly to the recruiter's email address.
