Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview Atrium Quality Contractors is seeking an experienced BIM Mechanical Section Head to join their growing engineering team working on landmark development projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Direct and manage the mechanical BIM team in delivering technical models and shop drawings. - Supervise mechanical building services modeling (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting) and clash resolution. - Coordinate technical submittals and model integrity with project stakeholders. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum of 14+ years of professional experience in mechanical BIM engineering. - Extensive leadership experience managing mechanical engineering and BIM deliverables for large developments. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Madinaty, Cairo Governorate, Egypt. - Onsite technical engineering role. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive package based on experience and leadership capacity. • Application Instructions - Interested professionals should submit an updated CV to the specified hiring contact.
