Job description

JMC Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join its team in Sharjah, UAE. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources coupled with 2 to 3 years of local UAE experience in HR, recruitment, or manpower supply. Candidates must demonstrate working knowledge of UAE Labour Law along with fluent communication skills in Hindi and English. Responsibilities cover daily HR coordination, talent acquisition support, and manpower administration. Possession of a valid UAE Driving License is considered an advantage for this operational role.
