Job description

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager with a strong Business Analyst background for a 6–12+ month position located in Seattle, Washington. The role focuses on leading customer-focused, cross-functional projects from initial requirements gathering through to successful end-to-end delivery. Key responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements; partnering with business and technical stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and timelines; and creating comprehensive project plans, estimates, resource strategies, and status reports. Additional duties involve tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and overall project progress, managing stakeholder expectations, escalations, and conflict resolution, and driving continuous process improvements using Agile methodologies. The candidate will also leverage modern AI tools to optimize project management workflows and operational efficiency. Requirements include 14 to 19 years of experience in project management and business analysis, strong leadership skills, and expertise in stakeholder management. Previous Apple experience and experience managing large-scale, complex programs involving both business and technical teams are highly preferred.
