Role & Company / Project Overview: We are currently looking for an experienced CAD Operator (Thai Nationality) to join a leading Construction / General Contractor. The position involves working 100% site-based on projects lasting approximately 6 months to 1 year each. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Prepare and revise CAD Drawings & Shop Drawings • Prepare Architectural / Structural Shop Drawings • Revise drawings according to actual site conditions and project changes • Coordinate closely with Designers and Site Teams • Prepare and update internal documents in English • Work 100% site-based across project durations (approx. 6 months to 1 year per project) Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Thai Nationality • Minimum 5 years of experience in CAD / Shop Drawing • Experience with Architectural and/or Structural Shop Drawing • Experience in Factory, Warehouse, Office, Hotel, or Commercial Building projects • Able to revise drawings based on actual site conditions • Able to read and prepare documents in English • Willing to work and relocate/travel to different project sites • Experience with Japanese General Contractors such as Kajima, Takenaka, etc. is a strong advantage • Experience with 3D CAD and Video/Animation is a plus • Driving license and personal vehicle are advantageous Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Monday–Friday: 08:00–17:00 (with a 1-hour lunch break) • Saturday: Approximately 2 times/month (Optional / OT) • Sundays & Public Holidays off • Employment Type: Permanent • Project Location: Saraburi Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: THB 30,000–55,000 per month • Annual Bonus: Approximately 1.75–2 months/year • OT payment • Transportation / actual fuel expenses • Provident Fund: 3% company contribution • Site Allowance: THB 1,000/month after probation • Health Insurance • Uniform provided • Assistance with accommodation near the project site Interview Process: • Maximum 2 rounds • Round 1: Online / In-person Interview with Japanese Managing Director, Interpreter & Designer • Round 2: In-person Interview with Japanese General Manager Application Instructions: Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV directly.
