• Role & Company / Project Overview OneSource is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. The role focuses on attracting top talent that drives overall business success. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Source, screen, and hire qualified candidates across various open roles. - Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. - Support and execute company-wide talent acquisition strategies and hiring goals. - Conduct interviews and assess candidate competencies and qualifications. - Manage multiple open vacancies concurrently in a fast-paced work environment. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 1 to 2 years of proven recruitment or talent acquisition experience. - Strong interviewing, evaluation, and candidate assessment capabilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal abilities. - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and modern online recruitment platforms. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Onsite role based in Sta.
