Role & Company / Project Overview: Vertex International is expanding and seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join the team. This role is essential in helping build the talent and workforce behind an active, growing organization, supporting the entire hiring cycle from candidate sourcing to final onboarding. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Connect prospective candidates with suitable career opportunities within the company. • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring pipeline. • Coordinate, facilitate, and support end-to-end recruitment operations from initial talent sourcing up to onboarding. • Assist in talent acquisition initiatives to support ongoing business growth and organizational staffing needs. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Demonstrated passion for recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate engagement. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing candidate relationships. • Prior experience or capability in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work location is situated at Ortigas Center, Pasig City. • Onsite / regular business operations in Pasig City.
