Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Full Stack Developer with strong Java Fullstack knowledge to join our dynamic software development team on a contract / C2C basis in San Leandro, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, develop, and implement scalable web applications using Java Fullstack technologies. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and refine application features. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. • Debug and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes. • Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong proficiency in Java and Java-based frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate). • Extensive experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React. • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. • Experience with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases. • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: San Leandro, CA (Onsite). • Work Type: Contract / C2C. • Regular full-time business hours.
