Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) Technical / Solution Architect to design and deliver trusted, unified customer data solutions that power Agentforce and other AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce Data Cloud implementation expertise with strong data architecture, integration, and generative AI knowledge. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Data 360 solutions - Build data ingestion and integration pipelines from Salesforce and external enterprise sources - Configure and manage Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), and Identity Resolution Rules (IDRs) - Design customer data models and unified customer profiles - Integrate Data Cloud with Agentforce and other AI-powered applications - Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vectorization, vector search, and custom retrievers - Integrate Claude and other LLMs with enterprise data platforms - Ensure data quality, reliability, security, and effective data management • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Hands-on Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud implementation experience (practical Data Cloud implementation experience is essential; candidates with only general Salesforce CRM or solution architecture experience may not be a fit) - Proficiency with DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, and customer data modeling - In-depth expertise in data ingestion, integration pipelines, and enterprise data architecture - Strong background in Agentforce integration and understanding of RAG and vector search - Experience integrating Claude or other LLMs with enterprise data platforms - Preferred: Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 or Agentforce certifications - Preferred: Insurance or financial services experience - Preferred: Experience delivering enterprise AI and customer data solutions • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bay Area, CA - Employment Type: Contract • Application Instructions: Interested candidates should submit an updated resume to the recruiter.
