### Role & Company / Project Overview Mercure ibis Samarinda is seeking a detail-oriented Room Attendant to maintain immaculate cleanliness and comfort standards across guest rooms. The hotel complex in Samarinda, East Kalimantan features 139 rooms at Mercure and 162 rooms at ibis, offering modern amenities, riverfront views, conference venues, and dining establishments. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Clean, sanitize, and restock guest bedrooms and bathrooms in accordance with brand hygiene and presentation standards. • Maintain guest room supplies, clean linens, and housekeeping cart inventory. • Ensure guest comfort and well-being are prioritized throughout their stay. • Report room maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors and technical teams. • Foster customer loyalty by upholding top-tier cleanliness and attention to detail. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience in hotel housekeeping, room cleaning, or facility maintenance is preferred. • High standards of hygiene, physical stamina, and attention to detail. • Positive attitude, teamwork capabilities, and dedication to service quality. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Full-time onsite role at Mercure ibis Samarinda, Samarinda, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. • Shift-based schedule including weekends and holidays based on hotel occupancy. ### Compensation & Benefits • Opportunity to build a long-term hospitality career with Accor. • Worldwide employee discount card for Accor properties. • Continuous training and career progression options within Accor's hotel network. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates are invited to submit their resumes to the recruitment email address.
